OODA Corporation was launched in the tradition of Rand Corporation and some of the other prescient and influential think tanks of the post World War II era.  However, ours is a decidedly Think Tank 2.0 approach bringing the next generation of thinkers and tools together to analyze and inform on the hardest of problems.
